2023-2025: Tina continues to work with an incredible team of professionals on the Coldplay’s, ‘Music of the Spheres’ World Tour. Working as both an Audio Video Technician & Camera Technician. So far, Tour dates have included the USA, S.E Asia, Australia, New Zealand & Europe.

In 2022, Tina was honoured to become a ‘Women in Live Music’ Award Winner, for her work as part of Alicia Keys team. Prior to joining the Coldplay team, Tina worked with Alicia Keys, as a dedicated Video Technician.

Pre-Covid, Tina was an LED Video Technician on Beyonce’s ORT II World Tour.

Tina’s impressive menu of creative skills & technical expertise have been acquired during a lifetime of working in the Entertainment & Music Industry. She is specialised in the Audio Visual sector of large-scale Concert Touring.

Her career began as a professional Performer & Acrobat. Tina ‘retired’ from performing & re-trained, transforming her years of experience into a dynamic career Backstage.

During the Covid pandemic, Tina studied Counselling and Psychology online, with a UK accredited college. She intends to become a fully qualified Psychotherapist. Tina believes her counselling skills can help provide an essential mental health tool kit to support her colleagues within the stressful environments of this Industry.

Tina is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Having toured the globe multiple times, you will find Tina equally at ease supporting a local community project, or working Backstage in the ultra intensive universe of Rock Stars and Divas.

2022- 2025: Coldplay / Alicia Keys / The Script

In the past 3 years Tina has been on tour with Coldplay, Alicia Keys and The Script working principally as both an LED Video Technician and as a Camera Technician.

As part of Alicia Keys team, Tina worked as a specialised Canopy Technician, responsible for the installation & maintance of the show’s Aerial Epix Canopy.

OTR II Beyonce, World Tour 2018 : LED Video Technician

Tina’s role for the ORT II tour began with technical preparations in L.A for Beyonce’s monumental Cochella Festival performance, ending 9 months later in South Africa, at the Global Citizen Concert.

Her abilities to organise and communicate in multiple languages, combined with her practical expertise made her an important part of this skilled team. Her good humour is also a bonus backstage, combined with her positive work attitude.

Acrobat Productions, UK & India, 2017 : Director’s Assistant

Acrobat Production, is a cutting edge company, who create visually stunning performances. For this project we worked within an ‘impossible’ time frame. A tight 3 week schedule to create, design & execute a stunning contemporary show with an international cast of artists. This show, stole the show! The cherry on the celebration cake at the wedding of a leading Indian Industrialist.

Eclipse Global Gathering 2017, Oregon. USA: Co-ordinator and Assistant to Director.

What a challenge ! EcoZoic Resources, designed and built the festival's entire compost toilet system, providing ecological, clean and chemical free compost toilets for 50,000 people celebrating the 2017 solar eclipse located in the Ochoco National Forest of Oregon. This was a first of its kind project in USA, with many unique logistical challenges to manage. Team Coordinator and Copywriter.

This project combined Tina’s passion for writing with her client centred approach, upbeat communication skills and extensive travel knowledge. She supported both the creative and technical team and created website content. When required,Tina worked remotely online, condensing historical facts into entertaining, bite sized content for StoryTrail’s online guided tour App. She also moderated & supported StoryTrail’s team of freelance researchers based across Europe & the USA. www.storytrail.co

2021 Heartwood Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Training UK - A leading UK provider for accredited training in Counselling. Tina holds a Foundation in Counselling (L3 - NCS accredited) & plans to continue her studies to become a fully qualified Counsellor in the near future.

Falmouth University - Art & Design, UK: Studies in Design & Fine Art

Fooltime Physical Theatre School, UK: An intensive formation in Theatre & physical performance. Fooltime, was the first UK training centre of its genre, helping establish future generations of sucessfully Artists, Creative Specialists and Theatre Directors .

L’Ecole National du Cirque de Fratellini, Paris, France: 3 years of Circus Arts training, specialising in Aerial Acrobatics and Performance.

The Prince’s Trust Awards UK:  This prestigious U.K award was presented to Tina Clay enabling her to continue her studies in France at the National School of Circus in Paris.

L’Ecole de Trapeze Volant, France: Specialised training in Acrobatics at this internationally renowned Trapeze School.

Cirque Romanes, Europe: Tina’s regularly performed with this award winning Show. The company’s sold out Performances brought intense pleasure to many. Best described by Vogue Magazine as “Cirque gone rogue”.

Teatro del Silencio, Europe: Wild rock music interlaced with stunning visuals. This Contemporary Theatre piece was inspired by the story of, Alice in Wonderland. ‘Alice Underground’, however was a dark political performance, created by the infamous Chilean Theatre Director, Maurico Celedon. 
 
No Fit State Circus, UK Tour: Aerial Acrobat and Physical Performer.

International Commercial Work for Clients includes: DeBeers, Mercedes, BMW, Kenzo & Selfridges. Tina was both a principle Aerial Artist & Choreographer for a variety of commercials & product launches.

De Beers International Diamond Awards: Solo Artist at an Industry Awards ceremony held at the Opera de Paris, France.

Studio Cirque Paris, France: Co-founder of Studio Cirque, a professional creation centre dedicated to contemporary Dance & the Circus Arts in Paris.

Chapito - Centre for the Performing Arts, Lisbon, Portugal: Tina was invited to become the visiting Artistic Director. She worked as both a technical and creative Mentor with the school’s final year student collective.

Codarts, University of Rotterdam, Holland - 3 year Circus Arts Degree Program: Creative development, mentoring and teaching the final year students.
 
The Nation Centre for the Circus Arts, London, U.K: Teaching master classes and professional level workshops in Aerial Choreography & Movement.

Holiday on Ice Productions: ‘Exotica’ & ‘Romanza’ - World Tours: Aerial Choreographer & Technical Advisor.

Heartwood Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Training UK. In 2021 Tina studied at Heartwood, a leading UK provider of accredited training in Counselling. Tina holds a Foundation in Counselling (L3 - NCS accredited) and she plans to continue her studies to become a fully qualified Counselling in the future.

The Flying Took Tuk. In 2014, Tina took a year off to try something new, starting a small business in her favourite European city. She founded ‘The Flying Took Tuk’ company. A bespoke tour guide service offering historical tours of Lisbon, in her lovingly designed and hand decorated Italian Tuk Tuk. 

South Coast Bikes, Brighton UK.  Tina is a Bicycle Mechanic and a passionate Cyclist, qualifying as a mechanic in 2012, and serving a professional apprenticeship at South Coast Bikes.
